- The present research is aimed to develop an interactive multimedia for eleventh grade students on cell concept. This research is conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Serang and SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang of 2013/2014 academic year. This research is designed on Research and Development (R&D) method by purposive sampling technique. The data are collected by using objective test feasibility, media feasibility, and questionnaire. The result shows that score of designe media expert feasibility is 2,54 with very good category, score contents of subjects expert feasibility is 2,72 with very good category, and score of computer expert feasibility is 2,00 with very good category. The result shows that average scores of students responses is 80% with good category, it can be concluded that development of interactive learning media on cell concept revealed very good and can be used in the learning process in school.
