- This research aims to develope contextual teaching and learning student’s worksheet in tissue culture konsep for XII grade senior high school. The research methode used is research and development methode with the 3D model consisting of define, design, and development. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire for the feasibility assessment student’s worksheet. Assessment instrument student’s worksheet using a rating scale of 1 to 5, with 8 criteria. Based on the results of the feasibility contextual teaching and learning student’s worksheet in tissue culture konsep for XII grade senior high school obtain an average value of 4.3 (likert scale) which includes very good results category
