- This research was conducted as saw the rapid of ICT development like GeoGebra to support mathematics learning also the application of new curriculum in Indonesia that called 2013 Curriculum. Unfortunately GeoGebra was not used optimally as it should be and there’s no GeoGebra’s Applet yet which accordance 2013 curriculum, so that students still difficult to learn geometry concepts that essentially the abstract concepts, especially in quadrilateral concepts. It may led the ability of Indonesian student in mathematics according on the TIMSS still in the below rank. This research based on Borg and Gall’s R&D which consists of 10 steps: 1) Research and information collecting. 2) Planning. 3) Develop preliminary form of product. 4) Preliminary field testing. 5) Main product revision. 6) Main field testing. 7) Operational product revision. 8) Operational field testing. 9) Final product revision. 10) Dissemination and implementation. In this research, only performed up to the 7th step. Field test Implementation of product results conducted on 15 students in 8th grade student at YPWKS Cilegon High School Junior. Conclusion of that several testing is obtained a decent GeoGebra’s Applet that can be used for 7th grade students in mathematics learning especially on quadrilateral concepts according to 2013 curriculum
