  • This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership, ekstrinsic motivation, and corrective discipline on employee performance at PT.Beringin Murni Jaya Serang Banten. Variables used are transformational leadership (X 1 ), ekstrinsic motivation (X ), and corrective discipline (X ) on employee performance (Y). In this study the type of research used is quantitative research using the using literature 3 and field research such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. With 62 samples at PT. Beringin Murni Jaya Serang Banten as respondents. For the method of analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS v.20. These results indicate that: (1) partially transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance with results tcount (2,696 )> t table (1.67109) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (2) partially ekstrinsic motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (3,818 )> t table (1.67109) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (3) partially corrective discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (2,283)> t table (1.67109) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.
