  • The main and fundamental problem in employment in Indonesia, including high unemployment. This is because, the increase in new work force is much larger than the employment growth that could be provided annually. Investment is a very important component of economic development preformance. components of the acceleration of economic growth such as capital accumulation, population growth, and technological progress, as the accumulation of capital investment becomes the dominant factor in improving and multiplying quality physical resources and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, partially on educated unemployment in the province of Banten and determine the influence of Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, together or simultaneously to the educated unemployed in the province of Banten. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of panel data (data pooling). Data panel is a group of individual data in meticulous during a vulnerable time. The model used in this study is the linear regression model where the linear regression model using cross section data and time series. Based on the results of data processing can be analyzed that the minimum Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, together significant effect on the variable educated unemployment in the province of Banten. This is indicated by F count generated is greater than the F table is 219.3164 > 3,1261 at the 25 percent level of confidence, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted or variable Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, simultaneously significant effect on the Educated Unemployment in Banten Province period 2006-2013
