  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the hotel with the system performance award (reward). The data used in this study were obtained from the 3.4 star rated hotels, and 5 in West Jakarta and Central Jakarta. Of the 100 questionnaires distributed, the number of returned questionnaires was 54 questionnaires (54%). Quantitative data was analyzed by using statistical software programs by using the product and service solutions (SPSS). This research was conducted at the Star in West Jakarta and Central Jakarta, with the object of research in operations managers, HR, finance, and marketing. This study uses survey research to collect primary data using questionnaires. Results showed (1) TQM affect performance (2) reward system moderate TQM of the Hotel Performance.
