- The purpose of this study was to determine the influence Total Assets Turnover (TATO) of Net Profit Margin (NPM), to determine the influence Inventory Turnover of Net Profit Margin (NPM), to determine the influence Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Inventory Turnover on the value of Net Profit Margin (NPM) in the sector of Food & Beverages period 2008-2012 . The method used is associative method. The sample consisted of food & beverages sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2012 period. Samples were collected by purposive sampling and there are 15 companies as the final sample. Data were collected from annual reports. To test the hypothesis of partial use comparison tcount and ttable and to the hypothesis of simultaneous use of F and F table comparison. As for knowing the level keberpengaruhan between variables X1, X2 and Y is calculated using the coefficient of determination. From the discussion and statistical calculations obtained value of R = 0,876 with this shows the relationship is very strong. While the coefficient of determination (R2 ) of 0.767 means that the contribution of Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Inventory Turnover of 76.7% of Net Profit Margin (NPM) while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the test results obtained by the results of Fcount < Ftable (3,296 < 19,00) then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected, it means that there isn’t significant influence between Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Inventory Turnover of Net Profit Margin (NPM) sector Food & Beverages period 2008-2012 and obtained multiple regression equation Ŷ = 25,244 10,747 X1 0,250 X2 + e.
