- Poverty is a multi-dimensional problem that is quite complex. There are many variations of the Causes of the poverty among the Province in Indonesia. Many efforts and policies that have been done still can’t overcome the main problem of the poverty in Banten Province. The level of proverty is relatively high that is caused because the high level of unemployent, the uneven income and the quality of economic growth. The aim of this research is to know how the influence of unemployment level variable, income distribution and economic growth towards poverty level in Banten Province. Data analysis method that was used is panel data regresion model, for series data from 2005 – 2012. The results of the research showed that the result of the tes from panel data regresion model was as follows: unemployment level was partially had positive influence and significant toward poverty level in Banten Province. The economic growth was partially have negative influence and significant to ward poverty level in Banten Province. The unemployment level, income distribution, and economic growth simultanously had influence toward the poverty level in Banten Province.
