- The aim of this researchs to analyze influence of labor and RGDP industrial on economic growth. Methodology is used panel data analysis with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method from 2003 to 2011. This research used software Eviews 7. The result of panel data analysis by FEM method, the labor & RGDP industrial gave the positive influence and significant on economic growth in Banten Province. Value of account F is 30.90335 with probability 0.000000 is less than α = 5 %, it can be concluded gatherely were influence on economic growth in Banten Province. Value of R2 is 0.8264 marked that 82.46 % variant of economic growth in Banten Province can be showed from two independent variables.
