- This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that affect the use of the balanced scorecard and the impact on organizational performance. The sample in this study are a Manufacturing Company located in Banten Province to the analysis unit managers as respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires circulated to respondents. Obtained a total of 32 respondents in this study. The data were processed using software SmartPLS. The results showed the influence of contingency factors to the use of a balanced scorecard and the use of a balanced scorecard successfully mediate the size of the organization as well as environmental uncertainty on organizational performance. Contingent factors positively affects the use of a balanced scorecard.
