- The Influence of Inflation, Gross Domestic Product and Infrastructure on Foreign Direct Invesment In the Province of Jawa Timur”. The main purpose this research is to measure the significant level of Inflation,Gross Domestic Product and Infrastructure on Foreign Direct Invesment Reserve both Partially or Simoultanously. This reserach used Ordinary Least Square for the period of 1983-2014 years by using time series data. Data analysis technique that was used in this research was the multiple regression tests with the test of classic assumption (Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation) and Statistic test (t tes, f test and coefficient determination. The independent variable is Inflation, Gross Domestic Product and Infrastructure while the dependent variable is Foreign Direct Invesment. Based on the analysis, the researcher found simoultanously that Inflation, Gross Domestic Product and Infrastructure have significant effect to the Foreign Direct Invesment. Partially, inflation did not give significant effect to the foreign direct invesment while gross domestic product and infrastructure have significant effect for foreign direct invesment . Result of coefficient determination analysis shown that R 2 was (0.5249) which means Foreign Direct Invesment can be explained by Inflation, Gross Domestic Product and Infrastructure (52.49%) while the rest (47.51%) can be explained by other variables which did not include to the variables of this research.
