- This study aims to determine the mapping marketing palm sugar in the Village Kersaratu through quantitative mapping, mapping of the market, the price mapping, and mapping Kersaratu trafficin the village. This study used a survey method to determine the location of the accident (purposive) that the District Malingping Regency Village Kersaratu Lebak. Population in this study were 50 respondents palm sugar contained in the Village Kersaratu. Technik processing and data analysis using descriptive analysis method where the method used to analyze the data by describing or depicting the data that has been collected so it can be presented in the form of tabulation then discussed descriptively. These results indicate that 1) the quantitative mapping of palm sugar in the village there are four villages Kersaratu expressed as center production is Cijengkol village, Sakepang, Cikoranji and Cipendeuy. Total average amount per day in the village kersaratu is 152 kg / day, with a number for each different village. For production was highest in villages cijengkol as much as 66 kg / day, and the lowest was cipendeuy. 2) Mapping of the market in the village there Kersaratu market and market area outside. For marketing to other regions are contained in cijengkol village is up to Cijaku market, market and Market Sukahujan and Picung. and for other villages in the area mapping the market only in the areas just like its own production center and market place Malingping. 3) mapping palm sugar prices in the Village Kersaratu ranging from manufacturers to different consumers, ie costing manufacrure starting from Rp.12000 / Kg, of collecting for Rp.14000 / kg, from wholesalers for Rp.15000 / kg, and from retailers sell to consumers for Rp.18000 / Kg. 4) mapping palm sugar traffic in the village for the purpose of sending Kersaratu the use of walking, using two wheels (motorcycles), using four-wheel (car). In time shipments made in the morning and afternoon.
