- This study aims to determine whether the method of EOQ and Analysis ABC capable of controlling the supply of raw materials of sugar, how the production activities in the Bread Production Company AA and to find out if control of the supply of raw materials in production processes will be streamlined. In this study, the method used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and ABC analysis, a method that is used to control the supply of sugary feedstock at the company, which in the end results of this study will be compared with the methods used by the company. The results of this study are of material supply of sugar in the production activity in Production Company Bread, AA was not efficient, Based on ABC Analysis sugar feedstock categorized as Category B (important) indicates that sugar feedstock into an important raw material for precedence in stock , annual dollar volume for sugar amounting to $ 1,972.39 or Rp. 26.824.500,00 from totally annual dollar volume of $ 36,854.65 or USD. 501,223,294.00. While companies give priority to supplies of flour although the ABC Analysis flour category A (very important), but the flour has expired.
