- The problems in this research is : 1) uncertainty supervision time billing and payment installment 2) happen often delayed payment 3) less optimalnya Management Unit officers activities in the survey field, 4) no sanction for the group to do delayed payment. The purpose of this research is to know how big the contolling of Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat in Simpan Pinjam Perempuan activities in the village of Selaraja Warunggunung Sub-district. To measure controlling this research uses characteristics of Handoko : 1) Accurat, 2) On Time, 3) Objective and thorough, 4) Centered at points of strategic oversight, 5) Economically Realistic, 6) Realistic organizationally, 7) Coordinated with the organization work flow, 8) Flexible, 9) Indicative Operations, 10) Received the group members. This research uses the quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection used in this research is the questionnaires, interview, studies documentation and observations. Samples in this research as much as 105 respondents. The results of this study reach 57,26%, and T Test value of t= 0,397 while Standard deviation supervision of PNPM in SPP activities of 5149. Suggestions in this research is : 1) need a good cooperation between the officers and the government and the members of the group are between the donors, fund management group and fund users. 2) Officers activities management unit more firmly in controlling the savings and loans program women.
