The Purpose of research is to know there is influence positive and significant between Store Atmosphete and Sales Promotion to the Purchase Decision’s on Ramayana Departement Store Serang. The Determine the sample, the researchs used 100 respondent to make consumers of Ramayana Departement Store in Serang. Data were analyzed using Double Regression using IBM SPSS 20 for windows. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, research using the t- test and F test. The results of all the calculations, validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test is fulfilled in the first hypothesis obtained t-Count of 2952 > t-table 1,98447, and the second hypothesis is obtained t-count of 3,749 > t-table 1,98447. F-test hypothesis obtained F-count of 23,985> F-table 3,09. Based on these result, so the Store Atmosphere and Sales Promotion positive and significant impact on the Purchase Decision to Ramayana Departement Store in Serang.
