This study was conducted to examine the effect of Ownership Structure On The Corporate Value With The Profitabilitas as a Intervening Variable in the Mining Companies Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2009-2013. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and number of samples used by 9 companies. Variables used in this study are variable Managerial Ownership and Institusional Ownership as an independent variable, Profitabilitas (ROA) as an intervening variable and Corporate Value (PBV) as an dependent variable. The analysis methods used in this study are Path Analysis. The results of this study demonstrate that the partial Managerial Ownership positif and significant effect on Corporate Value, Institusional Ownership not positif and not significant effect on Corporate Value, Managerial Ownership not positif and not significant effect on Profitabilitas, Institusional Ownership positif and significant effect on Profitabilitas, Profitabilitas is as intervening which is not capable for mediating towards Managerial Ownership to Corporate Value, and Profitabilitas is as an intervening which is able for mediating toward Institusional Ownership to Corporate Value .
