- The focus of this research is the effectiveness of supervision Regional Environment Agency Monitoring In Pollution Control Environment In Balaraja Tangerang District. The method used is qualitative method. This research instrument that researchers themselves while the source of the study was the civil servants in BLHD Tangerang Regency. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, documentation and study of literature as well as using data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman. Test the validity of the data triangulation and membercheck. The researchers studied the supervision of the researchers used Handoko theory about the characteristics of effective supervision (373: 2000). Based on the research results Monitoring Regional Environmental Agency in the Environment Pollution Control In Tangerang regency Balaraja not optimal due to the lack of competent resources, as well as the dissemination to the general public that does not exist.
