- The habit of tax payer in reportingannual tax return at the and of limit time has created problems like increasing volume of employes work demanding expersise so that exceeds ability of employees. This could lead pressure of work that will affect the physiology, psychology, and employees behavior. The purpose of this research are to know how huge the influence of stress work againt employees work performance at Pratama Tax Office Serang when resceiving and processing annual income tax return. This research use theory from Raharja Wijaya (Sunyoto 2013:44) who states that relation between stres work and employees work performance described in inverted U curve on the level of low stress the employees work performance low as increase of stress at the optimal point, produce a good performance and on a level high stress the work performance low. Method in this research use quantitative correlation method. Population 84 people and sample get through technique sample use technique cencus sample. Research instrument is kuisioner that get rcount >rtable, 0,827>0,3. Analysis technique use product moment hypotheses correlation test so the influence of stress work againt employees work performance 68,4% and 31,6% influence of factor that not researcher suggest to increase attention to employees, and improve the dissemination of e-filing trough advertising, the news, brochure, and provide services to tax payer to know the e-filing
