  • This study examines the influence of Performance Measurement System to Role Ambiguity, Psychological Empowerment and Managerial Performance. This study is replication research from Marginson et al (2014), as for becoming object from this research is banking business which located in Serang. This research represents the empirical test which used purposive sampling method in data collection. Data were collected using a survey of 37 managers. The questions of questionnaire measured with a scale of 1-5. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the program WarpPLS (Partial Least Square) version 5.0. Result of hypothesis examination indicate that from four hypothesis raised, three accepted hypothesis. Accepted Hypothesis are hypothesis 1 (there are negative influence and significantly between Diagnostic Performance Measurement System to Role Ambiguity), hypothesis 2 (there are positive influence and significantly between Interactive Performanace Measurement System to Psychological Empowerment, and hypothesis 4 (there are positive influence and significantly between Psychological Empowerment to Managerial Performance). While hypothesis 3 (there are negative influence and no signifcantly between Role Ambiguity to Managerial Performance) are rejected hypothesis.
