  • PT. ASDP (Persero) Branch Bakauheni as organizers, cruise and ferry facility providers play an important role in providing effective services to service passangers. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of passenger services at the Port PT. ASDP (Persero) Branch Bakauheni. The theory in this research used Surjadi principles theory of public services with the indicator of simplicity, certainty and timely, safety and comfort, discipline, courtesy and friendliness, completeness means of dam infrastructure, responsible. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used acidental sampling techniques and 122 people. The results showed the effectiveness of passenger service of PT. ASDP (Persero) Branch Bakauheni Lampung Province more than 65% in the effective category. Suggestions in this research are to repair and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure on a regular basis, provide phunishment include removing berthing schedule for one week for the ship beyond the time of loading and unloading ships at the quay.
