  • This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, extrinsic motivation, and preventive discipline on employee performance. Variables used are transformational leadership style (X1), extrinsic motivation (X2), and preventive discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y). In this study the type of research used is quantitative research using the using literature and field research such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. With 34 samples at Bank Syariah Mandiri Serang as respondents. For the method of analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS v.21. These results indicate that: (1) partially transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance with results t-count (2.239)> t-table (1.6955) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (2) partially compensated financially positive and significant effect on employee performance with results t-count (3,188)> t-table (1.6955) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (3) partially intrinsic motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount tcount (2.117)> t-table (1.6955) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.
