- The topic has been discussed in this study was the influences of the use of learning models Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) on the ability to write a paragraph of exposition class X SMAN 6 Serang city year 2013/2014. The background of this research, the lack of effective use of learning models in learning to write in SMA 6 Serang. The problems of this research is "Are there influences learning model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) on the ability to write a paragraph of exposition class X SMA Negeri 6 Serang City Year 2013/2014 Learning?" The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the ability to write a paragraph students and test whether or not the influences of the use of learning models Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) on the ability to write a paragraph of exposition class X SMA Negeri 6 Serang. The method used in this study the experimental method. This study population class X SMA Negeri 6 Serang city year 2013/2014 totaling 221 students are divided in 7 classes. The sample was class X SMA Negeri 6 Serang city. Techniques of data collection were interviews, observation, and testing techniques. The technique of data processing by using the t test formula. The results of this study is the ability to write a paragraph of exposition in the pretest in class experiment and relatively less control. The average value of the posttest in the experimental class is 87.45 and the average post-test score in the control class 73. From the calculation that t count = 8.88 and t table = 2.000. Price of 8.88 t count > t table 2.000. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, the hypothesis proposed conceptual 'average scores exposition paragraph writing skills of students in the learning process using learning models Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) greater influence than the average score of students' ability to write a paragraph of exposition that in the learning process without using learning model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) " verified.
