- From this research problems, the study conducted theory and search previous reseach and then formulated three hypothesis , , . This research method is descriptive and verification that uses a sample of 76 respondents all of the employees. With research instruments questionnaire compiled based on Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Extrinsic motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y), with the number of 19 statements. The sampling technique using saturated sample. For analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v20. Based on the analysis using SPSS v20 known that multiple regression equation Y = -2,498 + 0,628 + 0,157 + 0,432 . The value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.710, which means that there is a strong and significant relationship between Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Motivation Extrinsic on Employee Performance, while the value of determination coefficient = 50.4% can be interpreted that the employee's performance can be affected by transformational leadership style, extrinsic motivation, and work discipline. While 49.6% is influenced by other variables outside the study. The results showed that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Motivation Extrinsic have significant influence partially on the performance of employees at PT.
