  • This research aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, financial compensation, and intrinsic motivation on employee performance at PT. Rizki Agung Sejahtera. Variables used are transformational leadership style (X 1 ), financial compensation (X 2 ), and intrinsic motivation (X 3 ) on employee performance (Y). In this research, the reasearcher used quantitative research using literature and field research such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. With 35 samples from PT. Rizki Agung Sejahtera as respondents. For the method of analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS v.20. These results indicate that: (1) partially transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance with results tcount (2.481)> t table (1.69389) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (2) partially compensated financially positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (2.775)> t table (1.69389) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (3) partially intrinsic motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (4.014)> t table (1.69389) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.
