  • This research was taken from the formulation of the problem that Originated of low performance of employees in PT. Asahimas Chemical. From the problems of this research was conducted the analyze of theory and the searches of previous research.so, it was formulated into three hypothesis H1, H2, H3. The method of this research are descriptive and verificative that uses a sample 92 respondents and the number of population are 1.100 employees. By instrument of questioner research that organized by Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Labor Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y), with a number 19 statement. The results of the data processing show that partial transformational leadership style influential the positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in PT. Asahimas Chemical, organizational culture positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asahimas Chemical, and labor discipline and a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the PT. Asahimas Chemical.
