  • The method of study used descriptive method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, the number of population 200 people and the number of sample used in this study were 70 respondents. The sampling technique using with Purposive sampline technique. The data analyze using with path analyze and sobel test. The result of experiment is based on partial test (t test) of transformational leadership style on Employee Performance is obtained t hitung < t (-2,839 < 1,996) with the result that there is significant negative influence, intrinsic motivation on employee performance is obtained t hitung < t (1,365 > 1,996) with the result that there is not any significant but positive influence, transformational leadership style on employee performance is obtained t tabel hitung tabel > t (3,3058 > 1,996) with the result that there is significant positive influence, intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction is obtained t hitung < t (0,077 < 1,996) with the result that there is not any significant but positive influence, job satisfaction as intervening which is not capble for substantiating intrinsic motivation relationship with employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance is obtained t hitung > t tabel tabel (4,394 > 1,996) with the result that there is significant positive influence..
