  • This study aims to determine the effect of the transaksional leadership style, the compentation financial and job satisfaction on employee performance. Variables used are the transaksional leadership style (X ), compentation financial (X 2 ), and job satisfaction (X 3 1 ) on employee performance (Y). In this study the type of research used is quantitative research using literature and field research such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. With 60 samples in the production at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia as respondents. For the method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS v.20. These results indicate that: (1) partially transaktional leadership style positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with the results tcount (7.665> t table (2,002) using the real level of 0.05 then H rejected and Ha accepted. (2) Partially compensation financial positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (2.1616)> t table (2,002) using the real level of 0.05 then H 0 0 rejected and Ha accepted. (3) Partially job satisfaction positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (5,887)> t table (2,002) using the real level of 0.05 then H rejected and Ha accepted. (4) Based on the correlation test three variables have a very strong influence, which can be proved by r = 0.973 is in the interval from 0.80 to 1.000, which means a very strong relationship. 0 Keywords: transactional leadership style, compensation financial, job satisfactin, employee performance
