- The population in this research is at the Department of Civil Servants in Banten Province. Samples are taken from the Civil Service finance, finance, treasurer, accounting and finance staff on duty in the province of Banten. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. Of the 50 questionnaires distributed, 41 questionnaires that can be processed (82%). The method used in this study using quantitative research methods and analysis used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20 to test the hypothesis . The results showed that the variable support boss has a positive influence on the area of financial accounting system usability. While the training variables, clarity of purpose and use of information technology does not have a positive influence on the area of financial accounting system usability. Keywords : organizational behavioral factors (training, superior clarity, support and utilization of information technology) and the usefulness of the Regional Financial Accounting System (SAKD).
