- This study aimed to determine the effect of preventive work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance. Variables used are preventive labor discipline (X1) and physical work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y). In this study the type of research used is quantitative research using the using literature and field research such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. With 64 samples at PDAM TirtaAlbantaniSerang as respondents. For the method of analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS v.20. These results indicate that: (1) partial work discipline preventative positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with the t-test (2.893)> ttable (1.670) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted , (2) partially physical work environment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with the t-test (3.628)> t-table (1.670) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.
