- Low income husbands and economic pressures continue to increase, a factor affecting a woman to seek additional revenue with the aim to improve the family economy. This study was conducted to analyze the working hours of women vegetable vendors in the market Rau Serang, how much time is devoted to trade vegetables woman, then to analyze the factors most dominant influence working hours of women vegetable vendors and to analyze how the contribution of women greengrocers on the economy of the family. Intake of respondents performed by simple random sampling or randomized to a vegetable trader who was in Serang city Rau Market. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear analysis with computerized tools through IBM SPSS 20.0 program. Obtained results showed the average working hours of women vegetable vendors amounted to 164.14 hours per month. The percentage of women working time vegetable vendors amounted to 45.455%. The average income of women vegetable vendors amounted Rp.1.862.069 per month with a contribution of 69.25%.
