  • The success of an educational institution is not only supported by the infrastructure and inputs a good student, but teachers and staff also played a role. High and low performance of the employees can be affected by several factors, among others, the ability and willingness to work, as it also the appropriateness of the ways that the educational institutions in providing motivation to employees. Processes and communication patterns are the means necessary to direct an employee to the organization's goals and objectives. Cultural organizations can also help improve employee performance, because it creates a tremendous level of motivation for employees to give their best performance in utilizing the opportunity provided by the organization. The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, measuring the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and measure the magnitude pegaruh organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. The data used are primary data obtained from the questionnaire data processing as well as observation and secondary data obtained through library research. The data analysis technique starting from distributing questionnaires to 29 respondents, then processing the data with validity, reliability, Test Product Moment Correlation then the significance test coefficient Simple linear regression (t test) as well as the significance test coefficient of multiple linear regression (F test), and the last draw a conclusion. Results from this study is the influence of organizational culture on employee performance can be seen from the equation Y = 19.965 + 0.436 X so that it can be concluded the value of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is equal to 0.436. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation on employee performance can be seen from the equation Y = 9.216 + 0.741 X so that it can be concluded the value of the effect of work motivation on employee performance is equal to 0.741. The magnitude of the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance can be seen from the equation Y = 3.619 + 0.301 X1 + 0.600 X2 so that we can conclude the value of 0.301 influence of organizational culture and work motivation influence value of 0.600.
