- Its not easy for a company to keep its existence among economic and business competition in Indonesia nowadays. A company has to have a good reputation and people’s trusts to keep existing. A company can win people’s trusts by doing Corporate Social Responsibility. Every company that has widely known by people has a big social responsibility to its environment and people. This thing was vital because the relationship built between company and people was long term. The social responsibility a company did hasn’t been only a philantrophy action but its also a strategy to win people’s heart for business interest. The research purposed to know the corporate social responsibility strategy in form of Bali Beach Clean Up that has done by PT Garuda Indonesia to develop community relations. The theory used in this research was Steiner’s CSR Strategy that consists of four steps, planning, implementating, evaluating, reporting. The method used in the research was Qualitative with the addition of deep interview. The respondents interviewed in the research were three persons. The result showed that PT Garuda Indonesia had done four Steiner’s CSR Strategy completely nice.
