- Agrotourism in Kramat Tanjung village Bunihara village consists of three agrotourism businessman. These three companies arise in both agriculture and agrotourism field. Agrotourism in Kramat Tanjung village Bunihara village built in 2012 which focuses in agrotourism business. By the time the business run, this place faces many internal and external problems. The purposes of this research are to identify the internal and external environments factors of the company and to formulate the alternative strategy to develop the business. The analysis that are used in this research are internal and external factor, IFE Matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. Based on the SWOT matrix, the alternative strategy that is given to develop the agrotourism is divided into four. The first is S-O Strategy: 1) adding the other facility such as restaurant, outbound, educative tourism, so that can invite more visitors and develop the new tourism object innovatively. The second is W-O strategies, they are: 1) increasing the promotion by printed media and electronic media which are more effective, and also make a special package of the tourism for the visitor. 2) Applying train and develop the human resources. The third is S-T strategy, 1) increasing the quality of the service and product by accentuating the characteristic of its own, so that the customers feel satisfy with the service and the facility. The last strategy is W-T strategy, 1) creating managerial system, especially in the financial and operational area. 2) Do the cooperate work with the government to improve the infrastructure of the route, helping the promotion of the regional tourism.
