  • PT Krakatau Tirta Industri is a water distribution company for the whole Cilegon industrial area and a half of Cilegon citizen needs. The hindering recent problem of PT Krakatau Tirta Industri is the regressive employee motivation, which can be seen from the employee presences discipline level from the whole existed employees. As 15% employees do not go to work on January to July 2014 and 10% employees do not go to work in 2013, there is not any assertive sanction from the commissioners towards the indiscipline employees, 10 % employees who worked only without a desire to give the best to mobilize all and effort to complete the task and the company responds them by giving the training program once for 5 months. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the Quality of Work Life (QWL) on employee work productivity by using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the data observation, the result is the employee participation influences negatively towards the employee work productivity as much as -0.18, the career development influences positively towards the employee work productivity as much as 0.07, the conflict resolution influences positively towards the employee work productivity as much as 0.08, communication influences positively towards the employee work productivity as much as 0.32, wellness influences positively towards the employee work productivity as much as 0.44, job security and safe environment influences negatively towards the employee work productivity as much as -0.01, and equitable compensation & pride influences negatively towards the employee work productivity as much as - 0.18. To achieve good productivity, the Quality of Work Life (QWL) must have carerr development, conflict resolution, communication, and goodwellness.
