The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal selling and the quality of services to the purchasing decision. In this study, personal selling as a variable (X1), quality of service as a variable (X2) and purchase decisions as a variable (Y). Data from three variables were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The samples used in this study 100 samples. Data obtained through the questionnaire for validity and reliability. The analysis used multiple regression, t count, f count accompanied by classical assumptions. From the results of all the calculations, the validity test, reliability test, and the classical assumption is met. Personal Selling The results showed a significant effect on purchase decision on PT. Jiwasraya (Persero) Branch Serang. This is evident from the results of the first t test values obtained thitung (4,994)> t table (1.9845) then H1 is accepted. This means that the better the Personal Selling, then the number of consumers who purchase increases. And Service Quality significant effect on purchase decision, it is evident from the results of the t test that received tcount of (5.105) <t table (1.9845) then H2 is rejected. That means that the better quality of service, the number of consumers who buy increased significantly. Personal Selling and Service Quality has a positive significant effect on the purchase decision of PT. Jiwasraya (Persero) Attack branch. This is evident from the results of the F test to obtain the value of F at (14.432)> F table (3.0902), the H3 is accepted. Known results of the multiple regression equation Y = 6.047 + 0,249X1 + 0,197X2 It shows that personal selling and service quality has a relationship strong enough to influence purchasing decisions.
