- This research aims to examine the role influence of the financial manager managers SKPD, Organizational Communication, Decentralization and Public accountability on Managerial Performance. Data obtained from 112 questionnaires that have been distributed and selected 77 (89%) of respondents who filled out a questionnaire in complete as the study sample. The research was conducted SKPD in Banten Provincial Government, with the population of study is the PNS in SKPD the sample method was purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to field head, Secretary, head sub-section and kasi in Banten Province. Test data quality using validity, reliability test, the classical assumption test. While testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Pacpage For Social Science) version 20.0. From the results of this study that the role of the financial manager managers SKPD, communication organization, decentralization, and public accountability effect significant positive on managerial performance. And the testing results of the identification of determinants (Adjusted R Square) shows that the influence of the role of the financial manager managers SKPD, communication organization, decentralization, and public accountability on managerial performance in the Banten Provincial Government only 81%, while the remaining 19% is influenced by other models of non-research this
