  • This study was to analyze the effect of interactive performance measurement on company performance: the role of the company as a factor mediating learning. This study uses Islamic banking services company as an object of research, especially in the city of Serang and Cilegon. Data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires.12 Islamic banks sampled with 48 questionnaires distributed, the number of questionnaires returned and can be processed is 44 questionnaire (91.7%). Data is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using a software program Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed H1 Interactive Performance Measurement positive effect on Organizational Learning is acceptable, H2 Organizational Learning positive effect on company performance is acceptable, and H3 Interactive Performance Measurement positive effect on company performance is acceptable
