- In Indonesia, the development of non-governmental organizations such as the Institute of Zakat which manages zakah, sadaqah donation and thus flourished as a social movement (civil society). It has an impact on the community demands for accountability and transparency height of LAZ. The demands of a challenge for LAZ to good governance. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of the management model of zakat in Indonesia, particularly in the area of Banten province to look at the factors of good governance. With the purposes of this study, the variables studied was the effect of internal control, the influence of total quality management and organizational performance through good governance. And the sample totaled 18 LAZ. The purpose of the study wanted to see the effect of the application of internal control and total quality management on organizational performance through good governance, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is purposive sampling. While data analysis tool used is SEM with PLS approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires.
