This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation career development and job satisfaction as well as the implications for the performance of employees at PT Gemilang Perkasa Branch Cilegon Banten. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal. While the analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, t test and the coefficient of determination The sample in this study using a sample saturated with 51 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire using Likert Scale which can then be processed using analysis tools SPSS version 20 statistical tests. From the results of hypothesis testing is performed using the t test results are obtained as follows: Results of t count for career development amounted to 2,133 bigger than t table (2009), it can be said that H0 and H1 accepted meaning a significant difference between career development to satisfaction work. Results t for intrinsic motivation for 2,570 more than t table (2009) it can be stated H1 accepted. This means there is a significant influence of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. Results t for job satisfaction for 4196 bigger t table (2.008) it can be stated H1 accepted. This means there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Judging from the coefficient of determination of 46.1%, meaning the influence resulting from intrinsic motivation career development and job satisfaction of 46.1%. As well as the 51.4% generated significant effect on the performance of the job satisfaction of employees is 51.4%.
