- The highest level of unemployment in Java Island indicates that the process of employment in 6 Province in Java Island is still low. Although the economic growths have been increased, it not be able to absorb the numbers of labor forces. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of labor productivity, real influence of foreign direct invesment, the growth of economic and the real wages toward employment opportunities in java island. . This study used secondary data analysis tools with the data panel Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approachmentor the Least Square Dummy Variable (lSDV) model, which consists of times series data during the period of 2008-2012 and cross section data of 6 Province in Java Island. The results showed that variable of foreign direct invesment, the growth of economic and the real wages influence simultaneously toward employment opportunities, while the positive influence of foreign direct investment variable was significant, the economic growth was no significant positive influence, and significant influence of real wages
