  • The problems to be studied in this research is about the performance of employees at PT. Tiga Serangkai (TISERA) Branch Cilegon. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and is there any intrinsic motivation on employee performance. Based on the results of research on the impact of job training on employee performance obtained from the data processing that job training significantly influence employee performance seen from the results of hypothesis testing the effect of a job coach (X1) on the employee performance (Y) in the t test, t> t table, ( 20.902> 2.0345). In accordance with the obtained regression line Y = 0.444 + 1,135X1 + 0.704X2, the regression model can be interpreted as follows coefficient is 1.135 b1 means if the value of vocational training (X1) increase (1%), while intrinsic motivation (X2) fixed, then the employee performance (Y) will be increased by 1,135 and conversely, if the value of vocational training (X1) decrease (1%), while intrinsic motivation (X2) fixed, then the employee performance (Y) will be decreased by 1,135. Then that intrinsic motivation significantly influence employee performance seen from the results of hypothesis testing the effect of intrinsic motivation (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) in the t test, t> t table (13.443> 2.0345) .. coefficient b2 is 0.704 meaning that if the value of intrinsic motivation (X2) increase (1%), while the job training (X1) fixed, then the level of employee performance (Y) will be increased by 0.704. Vice versa, if the value of intrinsic motivation (X2) decrease (1%), while the job training (X1) is fixed, employee performance (Y) will be decreased by 0.704.
