This research aims to analyze the effect of training, instrinsic motivation on employees performance with job satisfaction as a mediation. The population in this study was 43 employees in Divisi HCI & A PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. With 43 samples by using method of saturated samples. Technique analyze used in the study is the analysis of the path (Path Analysis) and research hypothesis using a t-test statistics. The results analysis variables of training on job satisfaction has a t-value 2,691 > 2,019 t-table, instrinsic motivation on job satisfaction has a t-value 4,207 > t-table 2,019 and job satisfaction on employees performance has t-value 16,862 > t-table 2,019. It shows that the training and instrinsic motivation has significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has significant effect on employees performance. As well have z-value 2,647343 > 1.96 and z-value 4,072009 > 1.96. It shows that the training and instrinsic motivation has indirect effect on employees performance with job satisfaction as a mediation.
