- The aim of this study is to determine the effect of variable GDP per capita, high school education level and unemployment rate or income disparity (case study 6 regency and cities in Banten Province in 2007 to 2012). The analytical this study use is linear regression analytical method of panel data with Fixed Effect Model FEM method by eviews 8. The result of this study show that GDP per capita is negative and significant effect on income disparity, high school education level is negative and significant effect on income disparities, and the unemployment rate is negative and significant effect on income disparity in Banten province, and GDP per capita, high school education level, and unemployment rate simultaneously affect on income disparity.
