- This study aimed to examine the effect of budgetary participation, decentralization, organization commitment, and internal control system on managerial performance of local government apparatus. (The Empirical Study On SKPD in Banten Province) The sample in this study was 81 respondents with sampling techniques purposive sampling to officials structural Unit (SKPD) in Banten Province. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondent. Analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study revealed that all the variables in this study that budgetary participation, decentralization, organizational commitment, and internal control system has positive influence on managerial performance.
