- The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of participation in composing budget and Leadership style toward job satisfaction and managerial performance. The inconsistency situations between results of the prior researchs, about the influence of budget participation and leadership style on job satisfaction, managerial performance become a motivation of this study. Questionnaires data is collected using a mail survey method. From sampel 70 questionnaires which distributed to managers/ supervisor leveled as managers on leasing at provinsi Banten, 52 questionnaires were sent back, for then analyzed of data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) to program Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hypothesis testing results showed that of the four hypotheses proposed were accepted. That hypothesis 1(Budget Participation significant positive effect on job satisfaction), hypothesis 2 (Leadership style significant positive effect on job satisfaction), hypothesis 3 (Budget Participation significant positive effect on Managerial Performance), and the hypothesis 4 is (Leadership style significant positive effect on Managerial Performance).
