- This study aimed to examine the effect of budgetary participation on job performance, both directly and indirectly through Budget Adequacy and organizational commitment. The study population was all employees of Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Province of Banten. The total sample of 148 employees, who were selected using purposive sampling method. This study uses data collected from the results of the questionnaire were sent to Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Province of Banten. PLS software used as a tool to test this hypothesis. The findings of this study are: budgetary participation affects either directly or indirectly to job performance, Budget Adequacy and organizational commitment mediates the relationship between budgetary participation and performance of employees in the Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Province of Banten.
