- The present study aims to examine the budgetary participation and performance relationship in a public sector organization. It also attempts to examine whether psychological capital and job relevant information mediate the budgetary participation and performance relationship. Researcher used purposive sampling and obtained 62 respondents from 6 SKPD Bandar Lampung. This research uses primary data which is collected by distributing questionnaires. PLS software used as a tool to test hypothesis. The findings of this study are: budgetary participation affects either directly or indirectly to job performance, psychological capital and job relevant information mediates the relationship between budgetary participation and performance
