- The Purpose of the observing is to measure the influence of the budgetry participation to managerial performance with organization commitment and ambiguity as intervening variable. The data was used in this research from SKPD in Serang Regency. From the quisoner distributed, the quisoner that could procedded is 32 quisoners. The data procedded by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software programing. This research used purposive sampling method the sampling was high functionary class III and IV. The result shown (1) budgetary participation is significant influence to managerial performance positively (2) organization commitment are able to mediate the influence of budgeting participation to managerial performance (3) ambiguity couldn’t mediate the infuence budgeting participation to the managerial performance. So the measurment of performance indiractly influence with managerial performance throught organization commitment and the role of ambiguity. Organization comitment is succeed intervening because the total of indirect effect is bigger than total of direct effect
