  • The influence of motivation and job training on the employees performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel West Banten (Ciruas) is the title of the paper Febriansyah (5551093024), student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Faculty of Economics Department of Management (Human Resource Management) under the guidance of Mrs. Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM and Mrs. Vera Maria, SE., M.Si. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of motivation to employees performance, to know the effect of job training on employees performance and to know the effect of motivation and job training on the employees performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel West Banten (Ciruas). The method used is descriptive method. The sample used 80 respondents who use saturated sampling and methods of data analysis using product moment correlation and multiple regression. And partial hypothesis testing used comparisons of t count and t table and for simultaneous hypothesis used comparison F count and F tables. While to know the level influence between variables X1, X2 and Y variables are calculated using the coefficient of determination. From the results of the discussion and statistical calculations obtained value of R = 0,558 with this show is the relationship between variables X1 (motivation) and X2 variables (job training) to variable Y (Employees Performance). While the coefficient of determination of 0,294 means that the influence of motivation and job training on the employees performance is 29,4% and the balance of 70,6% influenced by other factors outside the study. From the test results obtained by the F count > F tables (17,421 > 3,12) then H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is influence between motivation and job training on the employees performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel West Banten (Ciruas) and obtained multiple regression equation Ŷ = 6,558 + 0,417 X1 + 0,387 X2
