Industrial Management</subject><description>The influence of motivation and job training on the performance of&#xD; employees at PT Krakatau Tirta Industri Kota Cilegon is the title of the paper&#xD; Aulia Abdurahman (5551082789), student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University&#xD; Faculty of Economics Department of Management (Human Resource &#xD; Management) under the guidance of Mrs. Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM and Mrs. Ana &#xD; Susi Mulyani, SE., MM&#xD; The purpose of this research is to know the effect of motivation to&#xD; employee performance, to know the effect of job training on employee &#xD; performance and to know the effect of motivation and job training on the &#xD; performance of employees at PT Krakatau Tirta Industri Cilegon City.&#xD; The method used is descriptive method. The sample used 80 respondents&#xD; who use saturated sampling and methods of data analysis using product moment &#xD; correlation and multiple regression. And partial hypothesis testing used&#xD; comparisons of t count and t table and for simultaneous hypothesis used &#xD; comparison F count and F tables. While to know the level influence between &#xD; variables X1, X2 and Y variables are calculated using the coefficient of &#xD; determination.&#xD; From the results of the discussion and statistical calculations obtained&#xD; value of R = 0,558 with this show is the relationship between variables X1&#xD; (motivation) and X2 variables (job training) to variable Y (Employee &#xD; Performance).
