Susi Mulyani, SE., MM
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of motivation to
employee performance, to know the effect of job training on employee 
performance and to know the effect of motivation and job training on the 
performance of employees at PT Krakatau Tirta Industri Cilegon City.
The method used is descriptive method. The sample used 80 respondents
who use saturated sampling and methods of data analysis using product moment 
correlation and multiple regression. And partial hypothesis testing used
comparisons of t count and t table and for simultaneous hypothesis used 
comparison F count and F tables. While to know the level influence between 
variables X1, X2 and Y variables are calculated using the coefficient of 
determination.
From the results of the discussion and statistical calculations obtained
value of R = 0,558 with this show is the relationship between variables X1
(motivation) and X2 variables (job training) to variable Y (Employee 
Performance). While the coefficient of determination (R
2
) of 0,312 means that the 
influence of motivation and job training on the performance of employees is
31,2% and the balance of 68,8% influenced by other factors outside the study. 
From the test results obtained by the F count > F tables (17,421 > 3,12) then H0 
rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence between
motivation and job training on the performance of employees at 
PT Krakatau Tirta Industri Kota Cilegon and obtained multiple regression
